Terms of service

Tell Perry ("Tell Perry", "we", "us") provides the Tell Perry service at tellperry.life. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be 18 or older, and if you accept on behalf of an organization you confirm you have authority to bind it.

Tell Perry helps you organize personal and household information, check in with people you trust, share updates within your circle, and store "just in case" instructions. It is not an emergency-response service, a medical provider, or a legal service, and it is not connected to 911 or law enforcement.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure, for the accuracy of the information you provide, and for who you invite into your space. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use it for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• access another household's or person's information without authorization;
• interfere with security, probe or scan systems, upload malware, or scrape the service;
• reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits of the service.

Tell Perry retains all rights, title, and interest in the service, including its software, design, documentation, branding, and the Perry character and marks. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your selected plan. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service to you and the people you share it with.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and renew automatically until cancelled. Where a free trial is offered, a payment method is required and billing begins when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Prices are shown on our pricing page and may change with notice effective at your next renewal. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Payments are processed through Stripe. Tell Perry is the seller of record for all orders, and Stripe, Inc. acts as our payment processor for card payments, subscription billing, invoicing and refunds. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are never seen or stored by Tell Perry. Your use of Stripe's payment services is also subject to the Stripe Terms. Billing questions, cancellations and refunds are handled by Tell Perry at support@tellperry.life.

Cancellations and refunds are described in our refund policy, which offers a 30-day money-back guarantee.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. On termination, you may export your information for a reasonable period before it is deleted or anonymized.

Tell Perry helps you organize information. It is not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Decisions you make using the service are your own responsibility.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not permit exclusion.

You agree to indemnify Tell Perry against claims arising from content you upload, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: support@tellperry.life.
