Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your Tell Perry subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to first purchases and to each renewal charge, counted from the date of that charge.

Payments for Tell Perry are processed through Stripe. To request a refund, email us at support@tellperry.life with your order details and we will arrange it.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank or card issuer, and typically takes 5–10 business days after approval.

You can cancel at any time from Billing inside the app. Cancellation stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. Free trials can be cancelled before the trial ends at no charge.
